A free batch image resizer for people who publish to more than one platform. A single photo usually needs to exist as a 16:9 thumbnail, a 9:16 vertical cover and a square post, and doing that by hand in an image editor is tedious work a browser can do in a second.
Everything runs on your device
There is no upload step and no server that sees your files. The cropping and resizing use the Canvas API that ships with every modern browser, so your images stay on your machine. That is a deliberate design choice rather than a limitation: it is faster, it is private, and it means the tool has almost no running costs to pass on to you.
What it does carefully
- Crops to fill the target frame instead of stretching, so faces and logos keep their proportions.
- Reads EXIF orientation before drawing, so photos taken on a phone do not come out sideways.
- Downscales in steps rather than one jump, which avoids the jagged edges a single large resize produces.
- Marks the safe area on banner presets, where the platform crops differently on phones, desktops and TVs.
What it does not do
No accounts, no cloud storage, no AI background removal, no watermark. HEIC files from iPhones are not supported because browsers cannot decode them, and bundling a converter would cost every visitor a large download for a problem better fixed in the iPhone camera settings.
